    SureAid raises money for Your Charity or Cause when you buy your insurance, at no cost to you.

    When you buy your insurance through SureAid you will receive a first class service, competitive premiums and excellent claims settlements.

    In addition, SureAid will donate 3% of the insurance premium that you pay, to Your Charity or Cause, every year that you continue to buy your insurance through SureAid.

    Insurance policies are arranged with market leaders including Lloyd's of London; Hiscox; Aviva; LV; AIG; Allianz; AXA and Amlin.

  • Which causes are eligible for SureAid?

    SureAid has been specifically designed to work with various causes in the UK, including but not limited to: Charities, Clubs, Groups, Schools, Universities, Supporter Organisations, and Member Organisations.

  • How much will be donated by SureAid?

    SureAid will donate the cash equivalent to Your Charity or Cause of the percentage amounts listed.

  • Are donations made only in the first year?

    No, the SureAid donations are not only made in the first year.

    SureAid will continue to make the donation to Your Charity or Cause each year that you continue to buy your insurance through SureAid, including renewal premiums.

  • How will the financial amount donated by SureAid be calculated?

    Answer

    The cash amount donated by SureAid to Your Charity or Cause will be calculated as a percentage of the total amount paid by you for your insurance, excluding the insurance premium tax.

  • Will the donation amount be added to my insurance premium by SureAid?

    NO. The Donation amount will not be added to your insurance premium.

    SureAid is a word of mouth enterprise.
    When you buy your insurance through SureAid, we ask you please to spread the word to your friends and business associates, this saves SureAid money on advertising and enables SureAid to make the donation to Your Charity or Cause at no cost to you.

    The donation paid by SureAid to Your Charity or Cause comes from SureAid's pocket, not from yours

  • How will I know that SureAid is making the donation to my Charity or Cause?

    When you buy your insurance through SureAid, an email will be sent by SureAid to:

    a) you confirming the donation amount has been paid by SureAid to Your Charity or Cause (no later than 14 days after receiving the money from insurers)

    b) Your Charity or Cause providing them with your name and email address and the amount donated

  • When will SureAid stop making the donation?

    Answer

    SureAid will continue to pay the donation to Your Charity or Cause, each year that you continue to buy your home insurance through SureAid, including all renewals.

  • Who will process my inquiry when I get a quote through SureAid?

    Answer

    The third party administrators, carefully chosen by SureAid, will provide you with the service to process:

    a) your insurance quotation ;
    b) your premium payment for the insurance policy;
    c) the issuing of your policy documents;
    d) any endorsements or changes that you may wish to make to your insurance policy after you have bought their policy;
    e) any claim that you may need to make on their insurance policy;
    f) any questions that you may have about their insurance policy;
    g) the renewal of your insurance policy.
